Amazing service, fast delivery!

I needed a new custom website developed, and Palette Panda totally delivered! I went with the Custom Website Development and they did an incredible job. The communication was excellent, and they understood exactly what I was looking for. The finished site is exactly what I wanted, even better! I'm so happy with how it turned out. I will definitely use them again for future projects and have already told my business partners about them!

Good web design service

I signed up for the Monthly Web Design Subscription last month. The onboarding process was pretty smooth, got access to the Web Design Dashboard quickly. I submitted a few requests for landing page designs and responsive web design updates for an existing site. Turnaround was generally good, about 2-3 days for initial concepts. Revisions were handled efficiently too. My dedicated project manager was responsive, usually replied within a few hours. The quality of the Figma designs was professional and they did a good job sticking to our brand guidelines. It's a solid service for ongoing design needs. I didn't need to use customer support beyond the project manager.

Easy to work with

So, I decided to try out their UI/UX Design Services for a small project we had. It was pretty straightforward. I just put in my request and they got back to me pretty fast. The designs looked good, and they got it done without too much back and forth. It felt pretty easy, honestly. Way better than trying to do it myself or going through a bunch of freelancers.

Great value yearly plan

I was looking to save some money so I opted for the Yearly Web Design Subscription. The annual billing discount made it a really good deal compared to paying monthly. It felt like I got a lot of design support for the price. We needed some E-commerce Design work and Brand Identity Design updates, and they delivered. Definitely felt like I got good value for my money, especially with the savings from paying yearly up front. Worth the investment.

How quick are they with the designs? Need some landing pages done pretty fast for a campaign launching soon. Like, can I get something back in a day or two?

S Stephanie Walker 1 week ago
It depends on the complexity of the request honestly. Simple stuff, like a banner or a minor tweak, maybe a day. A whole landing page though? I'd probably give them 2-3 days for a first draft.

They're pretty good, but def not instantaneous. Don't expect magic overnight for a full page. If you have a super tight deadline you should probably communicate that upfront on the dashboard.

what if I want to cancel my subscription? is it super hard to do, like do they make you jump through hoops?

J Justin Anderson 1 week ago
Nah, it was pretty straightforward for me. I canceled a monthly plan once, just went into the account settings and hit cancel. No big drama.

From what I remember, you can cancel any time. They don't lock you in for a year if you're on the monthly plan. Just be aware of when your billing cycle ends so you don't get charged for another month you don't need.

I'm a startup looking to get a bunch of stuff done. Do they offer any special pricing for new businesses or something like that?

M Matt B. 4 weeks ago
They do have 'startup special pricing' mentioned on their site I think. It's probably worth reaching out to them directly or checking their packages page. Might be a slightly different deal.

I got a bit of a discount when I signed up as a startup, but it wasn't a huge amount off the monthly. The real savings are usually if you commit to the annual plan.

palette panda vs designjoy? Anyone used both or have strong opinions? Looking for webflow development primarily.

J Jacob Sanchez 2 weeks ago
I've only used Palette Panda, but I've heard good things about Designjoy too. PP's Webflow development has been solid for me. Pretty happy with the quality and responsiveness.

I checked out both. Designjoy felt a bit pricier for what I needed. PP was a better fit for my startup's budget and they handle Webflow well. Plus the dashboard is super easy to use.

Thinking of signing up for the monthly web design. Anyone know if there's a first month discount or like a promo code floating around?

R Richard Flores 1 month ago
Nah, I looked for codes everywhere. They don't really do public promo codes. It's more about the yearly plan discount.

Yeah, what that person said. I think they might have a referral thing but no general first month off or anything. I just bit the bullet and signed up for a month to try it.
